SellTrac Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SellTrac. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SellTrac application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Description of Service

SellTrac is a business management platform designed for online sellers. Services include, but are not limited to:


Inventory and material weight calculation tools.


Automated invoicing and social media data parsing.


Integration with third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square).


Shipping label generation and reporting.


2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


Subscription Tiers: Access to certain features is restricted based on your selected subscription plan.


Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.


Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.


3. Payments and Third-Party Gateways

Role of SellTrac: SellTrac provides the technical integration to connect your account to payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square). SellTrac is not a bank or a payment processor. SellTrac does not save or share any sensitive personal information.


Merchant Responsibility: You are the Merchant of Record for your sales. You are responsible for all disputes, chargebacks, and compliance with the terms of your chosen payment gateway.


Fees: SellTrac is not responsible for transaction fees charged by third-party processors.


4. Shipping and Labels

SellTrac facilitates the purchase of shipping labels through third-party carriers. You are responsible for providing accurate weight, dimensions, and customs information.


Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


5. Refund Policy

Software Subscriptions: Due to the digital nature of the service, SellTrac generally does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions unless required by law.


Dispute Window: If you believe you were billed in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction.


6. Intellectual Property

The software, branding, and proprietary tools (including the social media parsing logic and weight calculation algorithms) remain the exclusive property of SellTrac.


You retain all rights to the data you upload (customer lists, product images).


7. Limitation of Liability

SellTrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue due to payment gateway downtime or shipping delays.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
