Billing Policy

1. Free Trial and Evaluation

SellTrac offers a Free Trial with specific usage limits to allow users to evaluate the platform’s features, including invoicing, pricing and payment tools, shipping integrations. We encourage all users to fully utilize the Free Trial to ensure the Service meets their business needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.


2. No-Refund Policy

Because SellTrac provides a Free Trial period for evaluation purposes, all sales are final. Once a paid subscription begins or a renewal is processed, SellTrac does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any unused portion of a subscription term.


3. Cancellation

You may cancel your SellTrac subscription at any time.


Self-Service: Cancellation can be managed directly through your Account Settings.


Access Period: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.


Future Charges: Cancellation prevents future billing increments but does not result in a refund of previously paid fees.


4. Shipping Label Refunds

Postage Only: While subscription fees are non-refundable, refunds for unused and unscanned shipping labels may be requested.


Carrier Approval: These refunds are subject to approval by the respective shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and may take up to 21 days to process. SellTrac service fees for label generation remain non-refundable.


5. Account Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the subsequent period. SellTrac is not responsible for charges resulting from a failure to cancel.
